Greg has worked as an Assessor in numerous assessment centres for 15 years and also has experience interviewing for mid career hires. In this time he has observed how many candidates who are intelligent and gifted can often fail to meet the requirements of the assessment centre. This is wasteful of the potential of the individuals and also a deeply unpleasant experience for them.

Greg had a passion to ensure that the brightest people applying for these roles had a way to fully prepare for their assessment centre and not have to go through several iterations of application, attendance at assessment centres and then to experience rejection.
